Play-Doh to Replace Unfortunately-Shaped “Extruder” Tool

Makers of longtime children's favorite Play-Doh are offering replacements for the "extruder" tool in its Sweet Shoppe Cake Mountain playset following the online uproar it caused among parents.

What's the problem with the extruder? It's shaped distinctly like a sex toy.

And it's not just a slight resemblance. The toy is shaped almost exactly like a plastic penis.

The extruder is a plunger-type tool meant for creating Play-Doh icing. [Insert any one of a number of innuendos here.]

Parents immediately took to Twitter and other social media outlets blasting the toy giant, who immediately went in to damage-control mode and offered replacements.
