How does this sound? $25,000 a year for LIFE! The director of the North Dakota Lottery says this is the eighth $25,000 a year for life winner in the state and the second this year. 

The fact that someone hasn't stepped forth with their ticket yet is not a surprise, some people play it smart, they lay low and hire a "lottery lawyer". Other IRS withholding provisions may apply. The winner has 180 days since the day of the drawing to claim her or his prize.
