It appears that North Dakota is pretty lucky to have the city of Bismarck as its state capitals. After all, it's one of the best capital cities in the U.S. to live in.

Back in October, we told you about a Mandan sailor who will have the honor of serving on the USS North Dakota. Now, the Navy is planning to unveil a new vessel, bearing the name USNS Bismarck.

The Midwestern Sectionals Competition, held in Minneapolis this past weekend (Feb. 1 & 2), saw four teams from the Capital Ice Synchronized Skating Club compete -- and all four took home medals.
