Tuesday, November 8, 2016 marks a momentous day in America -- we elect a president. Perhaps more than that, though, we will finally reach the end of a campaign that has taken nastiness to a whole new level.
At a campaign event in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, Senator Bernie Sanders (D-Vt.) formally endorsed Hillary Clinton for president. The two had been rivals for the last year, in a closer-than-expected Democratic primary race.
President Obama introduced Merrick Garland in a press conference outside the White House, listing his professional achievements, years of public service and highly respected status in the legal community.
