  • Monday April 22nd : 9 a.m., 10 a.m., and 11 a.m. The Paper Birds Theatre Company of Leeds, England, on the artistic process of creating “In a Thousand Pieces,” the exciting and harrowing theater piece about human trafficking, BSC NECE Basin Electric Auditorium.
  • Monday April 22nd:  1 - 3 p.m. – The Paper Birds Theatre Company performance movement workshop for singers, dancers, and actors, physically explores text using the “invisible force” and other cutting-edge movement techniques related to choreographer Pina Bausch and The Song of the Goat Theatre Company in Poland. BSC NECE Bavendick Stateroom.
  • Tuesday April 23rd: 9 a.m. – Workshop with The Paper Birds Theatre Company, Arno Gustin Hall, University of Mary.
  • Tuesday April 23rd: 1 p.m. – Presentation on sex trafficking by Patrick Atkinson, founder/executive director of the Institute for Trafficked, Exploited and Missing Persons, Arno Gustin Hall, University of Mary
  • Tuesday April 23rd: 7:30 p.m. – Performance of “In a Thousand Pieces,” critically acclaimed theater by The Paper Birds Theatre Company of Leeds, England, depicting the brutal and isolated world of women forced into the British sex trade, Belle Mehus City Auditorium, downtown Bismarck. No admission charge. Not recommended for viewers under age 14.
  • Wednesday April 24th: 10 - 10:50 a.m. – The Paper Birds Theatre Company on the artistic process of creating “In a Thousand Pieces.” BSC NECE Basin Electric Auditorium.
  • Wednesday April 24th: 1 - 3 p.m. – Devised Theatre Workshop: The Paper Birds, The Group That Opened the Box and Prevent Child Abuse ND work with BSC actors. Sidney J. Lee Auditorium.
