The National Weather Service in Bismarck has issued a WIND CHILL ADVISORY for the Bismarck-Mandan area as low temperatures will dip to minus 13 and wind chill values will drop down from minus 30 to 35 in the area.

The wind chill advisory is in effect from midnight until 12 noon Tuesday. If you have to be outside during these hours it is advised to dress properly for the cold and wind. Frostbite to exposed skin occurs in less than 30 minutes with wind chills this cold.
