Bismarck’s Beloved BBQ Spot Closes Its Doors For Good

It's a sad day as we learned that a North Dakota restaurant will be closing its doors permanently.
Sitting right off of Expressway in downtown Bismarck, you can't help but notice Famous Dave's BBQ. The building is painted with flames and has an inviting outdoor patio. For 21 years the people of Bismarck-Mandan have been eating at the barbeque restaurant when they get the hankering for some good barbeque.

Today marks the end of an era, as the owners posted on Facebook that they would be hanging up their aprons.

In the post, they said it was a difficult decision, but the business's last day of operation will be July 20th.

"It's truly been our pleasure to share so many Famous meals, memories, and milestones with you- from family feasts, birthdays, team celebrations, weddings, graduations, and everything in between. Your love for great BBQ has meant the work to us and we appreciate all the support that you've shown us for over two decades."

They went on to invite everyone to "Get sauced" with them one last time before they close their doors for good

Keep in mind, they will still be accepting gift cards and loyalty rewards up until the closing date.

We bid the owners farewell and wish them the best on their next adventure.

Bismarck's Famous Dave's will be missed by many. Thank you for the wonderful food and memories!
