Ice and Snow Makes for Hazardous Driving in Bismarck-Mandan

Ice and snow were the cause of this accident on I94 at the Missouri River Bridge East this morning at 10:15 AM, with injuries being reported.

Traffic was stopped and backed up into Mandan as emergency personnel removed and attended to the injured.

Motorists are advised to watch for black ice and snow drifts as driving conditions continue to be hazardous throughout the region. Another accident just east of the original crash was also reported.

Both accidents are being investigated by ND State Police and the Burleigh County Sheriff departments.
