Here's a heck of a good deal.

The Minnesota Twins are trying to entice fans to come out and watch their struggling team for only $5 bucks for all remaining home games.  According to an article on Bring Me The MN News, you can buy tickets to see the Twins at beautiful Target Field for only $5 bucks at any future game for the remainder of the season.

The only catch, you must purchase these tickets by 10 pm tonight, Monday, May 24th.

The Minnesota Twins are labeling this promotion "The Summer Fun Deal" and will be in select sections of Target Field.  The seats will be in the upper deck from third and first base sides, stretching to the outfield.

I've been to Target Field several times myself, and there really isn't a bad seat in the house.  I've sat in the upper deck several times, and they're still pretty good seats.  This offer will apply from May 24th, and for the remainder of the 58 home games the Twins have this season.

The Twins by the way this season are only 8-15 at home, which is the 2nd worst home record in the American League.  The Twins are currently in last place in the American League Central, but have plenty of firepower in the their line up.  That hasn't been the problem.  It's been mostly pitching and mainly relief pitching, as the Twins have blown to many games to mention this season late in the innings.  If they somehow get that shored up, they could still make some noise in the American League.

The Twins were picked by most outlets to win the American League Central and contend for a World Series.  So far, that prediction has been, "just a bit outside."
