This is GI Joe, chihuahua mix, beloved pet, and all-around happy little guy. GI Joe is also a double-amputee.

After being hit by a car two years ago, GI Joe was left with both hind legs badly broken beyond repair. Now he rolls around like a trooper in his little camouflage doggie "wheelchair." With the way he frolics just like any other dog, you would think he doesn't even know he's handicapped.

GI Joe lives at Triple H Miniature Horse Rescue in Bismarck with his devoted doggie-mama Alison.
