It's a (not-so-) proud day for our neighbors in Minnesota, as a long-time Ramsay County Sheriff's Deputy is arrested for his second DWI -- in only two years.

Dakota County charged Glen John Pothen, 45, of Roseville, with two counts of driving while intoxicated and one count of careless driving.

Pothen was arrested after allegedly rear-ending a car on County Road 5 and Knox Drive in Burnsville on the afternoon of June 6. His breath test revealed a blood alcohol level around 0.16, twice the legal limit.

Pothen's first DWI occurred just last year, in 2014.
