Miss North Dakota 2013 Tonight

You probably know a young woman who has worn the crown of Miss Bismarck,Miss Northern Lights,Miss Outstanding Teen.You know her because she works hard, excels in her scholastic achievements, dedicates herself to serving her family,peers and community.You know her because she is proud to represent North Dakota wherever she goes. Tonight Miss North Dakota 2013 will be crowned in Williston,ND.

The current Miss North Dakota Rosie Sauvageau will pass on her title to another amazing North Dakotan young woman.During Rosie's reign as Miss North Dakota her platform was to "celebrate diversity: one nation,all people".Rosie has used her talent as a musician to connect to others across the state and country. Rosie has taken music education into classrooms,communities and aligned with other musicians in the state.Rosie is quoted as saying "I am confident I can help be the glue that will enable acceptance".
