What Is Getting Built Up By Furniture Row In Bismarck?
New things are opening in being built in Bismarck-Mandan every other day, it seems. Today, we got news that something new is going in next to Furniture Row (1100 Brookside Ln) in Bismarck, North Dakota.
The North end of town has gotten quite a few new additions over the past couple of years: IHOP, Panda Express, and most recently, Fleet Farm. We've even seen a few new businesses occupy some old vacant spaces (HomeGoods, Sierra, Poke One, etc.).
It's great to see that business is booming in the Capital City.
The lot by Furniture Row was listed by Aspen Group, and it didn't take long to sell. According to a post made by J.E. Builders, a new construction project is underway. While many of us heard rumors that a Chipotle would be occupying that space, it looks like that is not the case. Look soon for a new tire center.
"Exciting progress in northwest Bismarck! We had the opportunity to develop this land and are proud to have sold it to Les Schwab, the national tire chain.
Things are well on their way, as the post indicated, they've wasted no time getting started on construction.
"Construction is officially underway, foundation work is in full swing, and we captured some awesome drone shots to mark the start."
We don't have an exact date a to when the project will be completed, but we will keep you updated once Les Schwab Tire Center gets rolling.
P.S. - For those who had high hopes on this, rumor has it that Chipotle is still on the hunt for a location in north Bismarck.
