New Pet Service Now In Bismarck

You never know what new business might pop up in the Bismarck-Mandan area.

There is a new, unique business now operating in town. It's called "Petaxi". Yep, that's right, "Petaxi," as in Pet-taxi.

If you're like me, you're probably reading this, asking yourself, "What in the world is a pet taxi?" Allow me to explain.

According to a Facebook post, made by the new business owner, after several recent challenges in her life, Shellie Taix decided to take on something new. She told herself that even though life gave her a few lemons, she knew how to make lemonade, and she got to work right away.

Pet Pickup Service --How Cool?

Shellie is a pet owner, so it made sense that she would find a way to work with what she loves. From that, "Petaxi" was born. On the business's Facebook page, she explained that "Petaxi" is a pet transportation business. She will help get your fur baby to and from daycare and to and from the vet or groomer --wherever they need to go!

She says she will be available Monday through Friday from 7 am to 5 pm.

What an awesome business idea, right? I remember how hard it was getting my dog to daycare before work every morning, so I'm sure this will be a huge help to the community.
