In case it hasn't been easy to be awake during the times of their games, you may have missed history being made this morning when Team USA took on Russia in women's hockey.

It ended as a 5-0 dominant victory for Team USA over the 'Olympic Athletes from Russia' to bring USA's record to 2-0 in pool play thus far in the PyeongChang 2018 Winter Olympic Games in South Korea. But the story of the game was North Dakota's own Jocelyne Lamoureux-Davidson when she scored two goals in a matter of just six seconds during the second period of Tuesday's (February 13th) matchup.

After having gone up 1-0 in the first period, team USA took command when Jocelyne Lamoureux took matters into her own hands twice in those next six seconds.

The two goals gave Team USA a 3-0 lead which would expand to 4-0 before the end of the 2nd period and end at 5-0. Two days earlier, USA beat Finland, 3-1. After the win over Russia, a showdown is now set up between the two powerhouses of USA and Canada. It'll be both team's third and final game before the women's medal round/playoffs begin.

According to the updated schedule, the USA/Canada matchup is set to start at 9:10 p.m. CST on Wednesday night (February 14th).
