Temperatures are already starting to drop, and fall just started. While this week is supposed to be pretty nice, I'm sure you've noticed temperatures are starting to drop. Its is officially fall.
While I love all of the cute boots, haunted houses and pumpkin-related drinks and activities that come with fall, there's something I dread.
Once fall starts, the countdown to winter begins, and it's a much shorter countdown for North Dakota, compared to other states.
With that in mind, there are a few things you might want to remove from your garage before the cold comes. To help you get organized, and save you the cost of replacing these items, we've put together a list.

1. Batteries
You might have had a few summer projects going, and kept some batteries in the garage, now is the time to grab them and bring them inside before it get scold.
According to BatteriesPlus.com you might want to find a warmer place for you unattached car batteries, and power tool batteries.
2. Aerosol Cans
Anything that is in a pressurized spray can should probably come out of the cold. As you know, these things can go boom.
3. Old Pictures
While the other two might seem like common sense to you, this one you might find a little unusual. Be sure to bring in old irreplaceable photographs. According to Southern Living, cold temps can cause these photos to become brittle, leading to tearing or fading.
4. China
If you have any old, antique china stored in your garage, you might want to move them. The fluctuation in temperatures can cause chips and cracks.
