Many don't know, but October is National Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness month and the South Bismarck Anytime Fitness is doing something to create awareness.

Normally, I give some sort of fitness or lifestyle tip from what I've been learning at the South Bismarck Anytime Fitness. However, this month there is something important and worth writing about.

The club manager at an Anytime Fitness in Fargo, Amanda Buchholz, and her husband lost their precious daughter, Violet Kaye, after just 24 weeks.

When a baby is born without a heartbeat, like Violet, there is a small window of time to take a photo. Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep (NILMDTS) takes photos of these beautiful babies for their families. The South Bismarck Anytime Fitness is joining others in the area to help this organization.

If you are a member of the South Bismarck Anytime Fitness, you will see a treadmill decked out in purple. For every mile, one dollar will be donated to NILMDTS. I made it a point to put a few miles in and so did my trainer, Tom!

It really goes to show what amazing people are at this gym. It's one of the many reasons I love the South Bismarck Anytime Fitness.
