‘Wizard School and Quest For a Cure’ is Set for Sunday, Nov. 4th
On Sunday, November 4th, Blarney Stone Pub on Main Street in Bismarck will turn into your favorite Wizard School to raise money for the American Cancer Society.
Kent Anderson is spearheading the event once again to help out the American Cancer Society with a night that's guaranteed to be lots of fun. If you've ever fantasized about going to 'Hogwarts,' this is the next best thing. This year's event is called, 'Wizard School and the Quest for a Cure - Year 2'.
The event Facebook page states:
Once again the Blarney Stone Pub turns into your favorite Wizard School. You have received your letter to attend the top School for Witches and Wizards. Experience a new world of magical spells, challenges, and wand duels. Come and enjoy a night of fun and magic as you will get placed into a house, compete for house points, and hopefully stop a dark wizard from stealing a valuable and powerful magical article.
Admission is $45 and includes a scarf, free meal, and drink. Participants must be 21 and up. All proceeds from the event will go to the American Cancer Society. Doors will open for the event at 5:30 p.m. for registration.
'Second Year Students' are encouraged to bring their scarf from last year to be placed in the same house. If you don't have last year's scarf, you'll be resorted into a new house.
