Josh Duhmamel Getting Out of LA?

After only a couple of weeks on the market, it appears that North Dakota's Josh Duhamel has sold his Los Angeles suburb home in Encino, California, for $2.99 million. Duhamel put this home on the market on June 25th, and he now has a "contingent" offer to buy this spectacular mansion.

The Ransom Canyon star stands to make a little bank, as he originally paid 2.65 million for the home back in 2017. The 53-year-old from Minot, North Dakota, presumably is selling the home to spend more time with his family on his off-the-grid "doomsday" prepper cabin outside of Detroit Lakes, Minnesota.
